Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm

The Opportunity

Eteach have a Test Analyst (TA) position available in their 10 strong development team. You will form part of the 2 person QA team and report into the IT Director.

The TA will be involved in the day to day software testing of products and will be heavily involved in the conceptualisation and development of software test cases, be involved in functional, system, regression and stress testing and will report and track software bugs.


Role Summary

The Test Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Developing test scripts and performing Functional and Regression Testing.
  • Liaise with Business Stake Holders to plan and develop test scripts and manage the execution of User Acceptance Testing.
  • Produce strong, clear procedural documentation
  • Write test exit reports for both Functional and UAT testing in preparation for Go/No Go decisions.
  • Regular presentation of test stats (including where appropriate KPIs) to Reporting Manager
  • Commitment to CPD and updating personal knowledge of emerging tools, techniques and processes  to aid in the day to day execution of the TA role
  • Undertake any other adhoc duties as directed by your Reporting Manager and/or CEO of Eteach Group.  
  • To keep your Reporting Manager informed about any developments, trends or problems.
  • To project a professional image in all aspects of personal presentation.
  • To provide support to colleagues within Eteach Group as directed.
  • To adhere to any Company policies, systems or procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes.      


Key Requirements & Competencies


  • ISEB/ISTQB Qualified
  • 2+ Years Manual Testing
  • Ability To Write/Execute Test Cases
  • JIRA or Similar Requirements Management System Experience
