Title: Supply Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, plus performance based commission

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (shift pattern)

Role Overview:

To provide an effective educational staff recruitment service to schools within a designated geographical area. Have a strong focus on increasing user schools and revenues.


    • Man and develop a successful supply desk.
    • Using Eteach systems to match and allocate teachers and lecturers to existing vacancies.
    • Win business with existing and new clients to build your portfolio.
    • Maintain awareness of current education sector market, maximise Eteach's substantial database, use social media and your extensive networking skills to build business.
    • Recognised recruitment training with experience in running a supply desk.
    • You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in developing a desk.
    • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, networking, and people skills
    • Good references and case studies of your recent successes.

Job requirements

    • Previous experience as a 360 recruiter is essential
    • Education sector knowledge is desirable
    • Ability to demonstrate success in previous roles, consistent achievement of targets and sales activity
    • Pro-active, resilient, self-motivated
    • Able to organise your work load to facilitate effective time management
    • A confident, clear communicator, personable with a natural desire to support people in their careers; with the ability to understand client briefs and provide a high end recruitment service.
    • CertRP or DipRP qualification is desirable
