Job Title: SEND Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Competitive basic salary, plus uncapped commission (60k OTE) 

Location: Bracknell

Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday

Due to our continued growth and success, we are now looking for a SEND Specialist to assist with the growth of this division. This is a perfect opportunity for someone, who is looking for the next step in their career, with SEND experience and/or SEND recruitment background.


As SEND lead, you will have autonomy to help shape the growth of the SEND division, offering both flexibility and creativity within the role and an opportunity to build your own SEND team.

  • You will be responsible for developing existing eTeach relationships by promoting our suite of SEND services into our schools, in addition to persistantly seeking out new business opportunities. 
  • You will be passionate and experienced within the SEND education sector and be committed to demonstrating first class recruitment services to clients and candidates alike.
  • You  will effectively engage and interact with schools and candidates to truly understand their priorities and needs via a variety of direct communications and marketing echniques. 
  • You will be committed to your own personal training and development, ensuring SEND and recruitment knowledge, techniques and skills remain up to date. You will also ensure full understanding of eTeach products to optimise client experience provide full recruitment solutions to schools.
