“I’ve worked at Eteach since March 2014. In this time my role has involved me working with schools around the world to find solutions to their recruitment challenges. These solutions range from designing advertisements across our websites, to recruitment consultancy. In order for me to be successful in my role I’ve needed to develop my sales skills, so in December I underwent training with ‘Behind The Lines’. The course focused on negotiation and objection handling. Professional development helps me and Eteach to keep ahead of the competition. It allows me to maintain and enhance the knowledge and competences needed to deliver a professional service to our clients. It also adds to the success of my team as a whole and allows me to pass on techniques gained."
