Eteach are seeking a Customer Service Lead Generator who will be responsible for interacting and engaging with decision makers at schools, to gain a better understanding of their priorities and needs, whilst advising them of Eteach’s HR service to generate appointments for the HR Directors.

 

You will be supported in gaining a wide understanding and knowledge of Eteach’s HR portfolio.

Responsibilities:

 

  •         To introduce Eteach’s HR portfolio to potential customer
  •         To effectively engage and interact with schools and decision   makers, to understand their priorities and needs
  •         Follow up on leads generated by other teams
  •         Generate appointments for the HR Directors to attend site visits, where an identified opportunity requires a one to one visit
  •         To maximise the potential for new business
  •         Any other duties required by the HR team

 

Eteach will consider this position as full/part/term time, for the right candidate.

 

On joining Eteach a competitive salary of  £18,000 - £20,000 OTE will be available and you will be given full training & induction into the Education sector along with continued training and support.

Requirements

  •         A general understanding of the education market would be advantageous but not essential
  •         Previous experience in either an account customer management/customer service/telephone sales role
  •         An understanding of using a CRM system
  •         Ability to think and act independently when the opportunity arises
  •         Excellent communication skills
  •         Be adept in the use of MS Windows 7 and MS Office
  •         A commitment to promoting and developing the Eteach brand
